Can I have a site visit?

Yes and they are free. All we ask is that you look at the price list and confirm a rough size before booking in.

Do I need planning permission?

This will vary depending on the nature of your garden project. Most of our standard garden rooms fall below the planning permission requirements of being below 2.5m in height, but this will depend on positioning of the garden room. Visit our planning permission section for more information. We can complete the whole planning permission service for you if required.

Do you offer installation?

We offer a complete end-to-end service and our nationwide installation teams (carpenters, landscaper’s electricians and plumbers) can build and install all aspects of your garden design, offering you piece of mind.

Do you build and install yourselves or subcontract?

We have our own in-house team of highly experienced and qualified carpenters, landscape gardeners, electricians and plumbers located around the country.

Are there any hidden costs?

Absolutely not, our quotes and prices include everything from start to finish. Any project changes which may affect your project will be explained with you to ensure you are completely satisfied.

How can I pay?

We understand the need to be flexible and we therefore offer the below methods of payment.

  • Credit/Debit Card over the phone
  • BACs payment
  • Cash
  • Cheque

Do I need pay the full project cost up front?

We only take a deposit up front to commence build of your garden design, but the amount will vary depending on the nature and complexity of the project but this will explained when send over our first written quotation.

Do you offer product guarantees?

Every product we build or sell has a manufacturer guarantee. On garden rooms and furniture we offer a minimum 10 year guarantee but see each product specifically for guarantee details.
